Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Tara Fischer Embody The Sacred handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Each offering including events and courses has specific terms and conditions for when you sign up. Please review those upon booking. In general, should you wish to cancel attendance to an event or session, up to 10 days before the event, Tara Fischer Embody The Sacred will honour a full refund (minus any deposit, the first payment is the deposit), and half a refund for cancellations up to 2 days before the event. If you cancel on the day before the event or are a no show, you will not receive any refund.

However, Tara Fischer Embody The Sacred may allow you to nominate another suitable candidate, which we hold you solely accountable for, to take your place, this replacement will need to pass a pre-course interview where applicable. This new candidate will need to sign up
 
and agree to these terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are solely made at the discretion of Tara Fischer Embody The Sacred.
